I have the honour to apply for your instructions

sons under the new system in force since the 1st instant,
The Order in Council of 192 omits the pro-
visions in sticle 162 Paragraph (1)(a) and (b) of the
Order in Countil of 1904 that the registration of a nan
domprises the registration of his wife and of all females
and minor, being his relatives, living with him.
Is a separate fee of $3 to be charged for a wife
and for each miner or femala rekutive ?

oluded on their husband'a or parent's passnert, way their
registration be enrsed thereon
